According to a report by 9to5Mac Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 Pro is going to include Time of Flight (ToF) sensors. The feature has been spotted inside the iOS 14 code. The publisher confirmed that inside the code the new iPhone models from its upcoming lineup were also spotted.  The new camera set on the iPhone 12 line up will include a time-of-flight 3D sensor along with a wide-angle lens, an ultra-wide lens, and a telephoto lens which indicates that this time the devices will also come with a quad rear camera set up. The smartphone company is also working on a new augmented reality (AR) application for iOS 14 that let the user get more information about the world with the help of AR The ToF sensor is said to include an infrared projector that is alike the front-facing TrueDepth camera present in iPhone X as well as its latest models. This will allow the device to capture point clouds from the environment in order to produce 3D models. The ToF is actually related to the Measure app that turns your phone into a tape measure to calculate the measurement of an object from multiple angles. Previously Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also mentioned last year that in the coming year that is 2020 two of the Apple devices could feature time-of-flight sensors in the rear camera. Separately another report also suggests that the company is also developing new affordable budget iPhones and those will be Apple iPhone 9 and iPhone 9 Plus. The Apple iPhone 9 will carry similar design factors as of iPhone 6 which features a 4.7-inch LCD as well as a TouchID. Whereas iPhone 9 Plus is rumoured to feature a 5.5-inch display.
