Talking about the specifications, the Elephone P8000 features a 5.5-inch display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. The device comes with dual micro SIM support and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop which is upgradable to Android M. The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The onboard storage of the smartphone accounts to 16GB which can be expanded further using microSD card. The Elephone P8000 sports a 13.0-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and Samsung CMOS sensor. It also flaunts a 5.0-megpixel front facing camera for video calling. The device offers 4G, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options and packs in a massive 4,165 mAh battery. In order to keep the device and data secure the smartphone also comprises of a fingerprint sensor. Last week, Elephone revealed that it will soon be launching the device in India via its Facebook India page.
